Your first visit
It is important to us that your first visit is relaxed and informative with time for full explanations of advice or treatment proposed, and that any treatment plan is tailored specifically to your dental needs. All new patients are required to fill in a detailed confidential questionnaire.
Your initial assessment will consist of:
1. Questionnaire discussion
2. Intra-oral examination and extra-oral examination and photos
3. Digital radiographs, digital Bite Analysis
6. Discussions re findings and diagnosis
7. Oral Hygiene Instruction to improve daily maintenance of your mouth
8. Provision of written treatment plan and associated costs.
