Invisalign
Invisalign is a discrete painless way to straighten teeth using custom-made virtually invisible aligners. The aligners are plastic, comfortable and removable, so there are no problems with eating, brushing and flossing.
On your first visit, the orthodontist will help you decide on a course of treatment appropriate to your lifestyle. He will take impressions of your teeth and send them to Invisalign who will produce the aligners using advanced 3-D technology. At your next visit you will receive your first set of aligners. Each set is worn day and night for 2 weeks, removing them only to eat, drink, brush and floss (and perhaps for special occasions).
You will visit the dentist about every 6 weeks to ensure progress is as planned. The total treatment averages 9-15 months.
